How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure in millimetres. Our size guide converts that to Indian ring sizes. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
What is CHICX jewellery made of?
Every piece is premium stainless steel with a thick 18K gold plating. It's gold-plated, not solid gold, so you get the look of gold at an everyday price.
How do I keep it looking new?
Put it on after perfume and lotion, take it off for the gym and swimming, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store each piece separately in its pouch.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free across India with no minimum. Most orders arrive in 5–7 working days, and we send tracking on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves us. In Coimbatore our own team can deliver the same day if you order before 6 pm.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, for orders up to ₹2,999. Pay a small advance online, and the rest in cash when it arrives. We confirm every cash on delivery order with you before dispatch.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. If something's missing from the parcel, an unboxing video helps us sort it out faster, so it's worth filming as you open the box.
